After all the craziness of getting to the Krewe of Athena Mardi Gras Ball on the correct night, it was amazing. Thanks so much to Brian and DiDi Henry for inviting us. The Legends at the Marriott in Prattville is beautiful and gracious as always and the food is good, too. We had a fabulous time, saw lots of friends and made some new ones as well. The Mardi Gras Ball was a great kick off to our mini day trip to New Orleans for FAT Tuesday this week. We can't wait. JT was so good, he danced and was as handsome as ever and I felt like a princess! Thanks to everyone who gave their time to making it a huge success!

THE DENTIST!

First, I love me dentist office - Drs Tatum and Walker in Prattville and my hygienist! They understand my teeth are sensitive (that's an understatement)! They warm the water and numb my teeth before a cleaning and my Lady Dentist is the Bestest Ever at giving Novocaine and NEVER hurting me. Well that is if the Novocaine works! I have such sensitive teeth that after the gas and 3 attempts with the Novocaine, I just dealt with the pain. Next time, hopefully there wont be one, I am just gonna ask her to turn the gas up until I pass out! Thank goodness for Motrin and soup and a great family who can make their own dinner, while mom recoups!
